We are a full-service planning and design studio, specializing in tailor-made events throughout the country and abroad. Our best inspiration flows from our couples, their love stories, and their treasured adventures. With a penchant for coastal celebrations and custom tented affairs, we are positioned to partner with five-star venues across the globe.

The team is led by Lauren, who has over a decade of event experience. Our high-touch design approach is fueled by our meticulous attention to detail.

To ensure a concierge level of service, we dedicate ourselves to six couples per year.

Meet Lauren

As an event planner and designer, it’s my job to guide people in taking a step back, seeing the big picture, and making decisions from the heart. My passion is creating environments where couples and their loved ones are completely immersed, fully themselves, and simply enjoying their day.

Besides being completely immersed in weddings and everything they stand for, I am also a big time Italian food junkie; my heart is easily won over with a large plate of cacio e pepe and a glass of wine. Add in a coastal view with the smell of salt water, and now we’re really talking about my happy place. I love and live my day to day life with my husband, Brandon, our daughters Caroline and Elizabeth, son, Henry, and our black lab, Boone.

Curated Mood Palette & Design Plan

It all begins with getting to know you.

Through a series of thoughtful exercises, we’ll uncover the essence of who you and your partner are as a couple, bringing that vision to life in your celebration. Your wedding is not only your grand debut as a couple—it sets the stage for how you’ll entertain and celebrate in the years to come. Whether you're known for your culinary taste, your extravagant flair, or your love for a lively celebration, let’s ensure your event leaves a lasting impression, not just for its grandeur, but because it is truly you.

Once we’ve completed our initial exercises, I will develop a color and texture palette that reflects your unique style. Upon your approval, this palette will serve as the foundation for every aspect of your design. A comprehensive proposal will then be prepared, offering visuals for everything from the ceremony setup and paper goods to linens, cake design, lighting, and floor plans—all tailored to reflect your vision in every detail.

Invitation Assembly & RSVP Management

We are happy to alleviate the time commitment of assembling and mailing out your invitations as well as keeping track of your RSVP’s.

Detailed Event Timeline

We design a meticulously detailed timeline for you and your vendors, ensuring that every moment of your wedding weekend is flawlessly orchestrated. This comprehensive timeline includes precise floor plans, vendor contact details, and a full list of responsibilities for each party involved. It also outlines key locations for photographs, toasts, first dances, and other significant moments, ensuring that everyone is perfectly aligned and your celebration unfolds seamlessly.

Setup & Breakdown Execution

My team and I will be on-site from the first day of production to the final breakdown, overseeing every detail with precision. We will be the trusted hands and minds ensuring that all our months of planning, communication, and preparation come to life flawlessly.

Ceremony & Event Coordination

We will seamlessly coordinate with your ceremony musicians to ensure perfect timing for music cues and song transitions. As your bridal party lines up, we will signal each couple when it’s their turn to walk down the aisle, ensuring a smooth and elegant procession.

During the ceremony, my team and I will handle details such as lighting candles and providing time checks to vendors, ensuring that appetizers, bars, and music are perfectly timed for cocktail hour. Throughout the evening, we will discreetly guide you through key moments, including welcome toasts, speeches, first dances and cake cutting. We will also work closely with your photographer and videographer to ensure these special moments are captured beautifully and effortlessly.

Post Wedding Wrap Up

Even after your wedding day, our commitment to you remains unwavering. We will handle any final payments, address any questions, and ensure your security deposits are returned promptly. Just like you, we’ll eagerly await the chance to admire your wedding photos and relive the unforgettable moments of your celebration.

Investment

15% Service Fee

The service fee is applied solely to contracted vendors.

*Travel fees are not subject to this percentage.
*Our contract fee is not included in the percentage.
Personal items such as your wedding dress, rings, guest books, and similar items are not factored into your overall wedding budget percentage.
